The Nominations Committee welcomes recommendations from ISOQOL members for candidates to fill three opening Directors-at-Large positions. Please consider nominating yourself or another ISOQOL member for one of these important positions.

If you are nominating someone else, please complete the Nomination Form below to provide contact information and your reason for nominating. You have the option to keep your nomination anonymous by indicating your preference on the form. The ISOQOL office will follow-up with the nominee to obtain their completed ISOQOL Board of Directors Application outlined under Application Instructions.
Nominations are due by 14 April 2025 to provide sufficient time for the nominated candidate to complete their application.
Application Instructions
Applicants can either be self-nominated or nominated by a colleague. Applicants need to submit a ISOQOL Board of Directors Application using the electronic form below. Please be advised that completing this application will require a significant investment of your time. We recommend reviewing the application questions here and drafting your responses prior to starting the electronic submission process. This link is for reference only. The application is divided into four sections:
- Candidate Application (a series of questions to be answered by each candidate)
- Election Statement
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure (please identify any actual or perceived conflicts)
- File Uploads (professional photo and CV)
The information you provide will assist the ISOQOL Nominations Committee in identifying a slate of qualified and diverse candidates for the open positions on the Board of Directors. Open Positions
Directors-at-Large
Serving as a Director-at-Large entails a three-year commitment with varying time requirements depending on individual responsibilities. Nonetheless, all Directors-at-Large are expected to attend 4-6 live meetings annually. The minimum time commitment is approximately 2-4 hours per month. In addition, all Board Members are expected to attend in-person a two-day meeting in March, a one-day meeting in October, and the ISOQOL Annual Conference.
